Pioneers Add To Defensive Backfield

SCRANTON, PA-- The Pennsylvania Pioneers have agreed to terms with former Slippery Rock University defensive back Titus Howard for the upcoming season. Howard agreed to a multi-year agreement with Pioneers, as a six-foot two-inch cornerback, he brings length to the defensive backfield. 

Howard (6'2", 175, Slippery Rock) joins the Pioneers after an impressive collegiate career. He was a three-year starter for the Lions dominating as a press corner that would also assist in the run defense. 

The 2020 season will be Howard's first season of arena football. The Pioneers off-season training activities are scheduled to begin next month.
